Overview
This Brand Display Addendum (Schedule B) attaches to a Living Eden Frameworks Field License with Enclave Deployment and establishes reciprocal brand-display duties between the parties. The executed agreement controls in case of conflict.
1. The Marks
Licensed marks include: Living Eden Frameworks LLC; the Co Creators DBA designation; specific deployment names (for example, DCFN-Patents); the LEF Ai Engine; the partner-facing phrase “Built on the LEF Ai Engine”; the customer-facing phrase “Powered by {deployment}”; and the associated wordmark and logotype.
2. Required Attribution on Outputs
Every artifact produced by the engine and shared externally must carry a non-removable attribution footer, of the form: “Generated by {deployment} v{version} · {source} / Built on the LEF Ai Engine · 10 U.S. Patents Pending / Powered by {deployment} · Living Eden Frameworks LLC.” This applies to PDFs, HTML files, exports, and dashboard displays. Internal-only materials may use less prominent formatting while retaining attribution.
3. Partner Roster Display (Opt-Out)
Partners appear automatically on the LEF partner listing upon agreement execution. The listing includes legal name, optional logo, and an optional one-line use-case description. Partners may withdraw at any time by written notice, with removal within ten business days.
4. Quality Control and Enforcement
Either party may report non-conforming mark usage. Remedy periods: thirty days for partner-mark misuse by LEF; ten business days for roster-display issues.
5. Post-Termination Rights
After the agreement ends, the parties may continue distributing previously-created artifacts with their attribution footers intact, but may not generate new ones. LEF removes the partner from the roster within thirty days unless the partner requests otherwise.
